The Ops Desk (operated by Merge Combinator LLC) provides AI-assisted customer communication tools for service businesses. Our platform helps service companies triage requests, deliver estimates, and schedule appointments via SMS and web.
3. SMS Terms
By texting our published business number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from The Ops Desk (operated by Merge Combinator LLC) and its business customers (such as The Pool Butler) related to your service request.
- Message frequency: Varies by conversation, typically 4–8 messages per service interaction
- Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@theopsdesk.com
- No purchase required: SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our platform to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merge Combinator LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
