By texting our published business number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from OpsDesk (operated by Merge Combinator LLC) related to your service request.
- Message frequency: Varies by conversation, typically 4–8 messages per service interaction.
- Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@theopsdesk.app.
- No purchase required: SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our platform to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merge Combinator LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
